Return Process:
If you need to return an item, please ensure it is securely packed and taped, and in its original packaging. You can ship it back using a reliable shipping carrier or return it in person at our retail store.

Important Notes:
- Sale and Clearance Items: These are final sales and cannot be returned.
- 30-Day Return Policy: All products we sell can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, unopened condition (closed-box items). After this period, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
- Damaged, Defective, Or incorrect Orders:
- If your order arrives damaged, Defective or is incorrect, Please reach out to us Immediately after receiving the order At Orders@shopfrieds.com
- After 30 days: Contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty claim.
- Non-Defective Returns: Returns of unopened, new items in saleable condition will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Conditions:
- Frieds is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Items that have been used, opened, or toiveled cannot be returned.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
.Shipping Recommendations for Returns:
We recommend fully insuring your return shipment and obtaining Proof of Delivery from the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for items until they reach our returns department.
Seasonal Items:
Returns for Seasonal items will not be accepted after Yom Tov.
